Merry Christmas and happy new year.

Wow! where has the last 12 months gone.

I am so gratefull for the support you have given me in 2020. It is very much appreciated.

What a year we have all had. Now its time to reflect and be grateful.

2020 started out like any year. I was lucky to celebrate Christmas at Bondi Beach with my husband Tim and son Alex so we were all feeling pretty happy with life.

January and Feburary rolled around without too much drama, then bang March came and everything changed. I was teaching my normal classes for a Monday when Covid restrictions came into place and we were all placed in lockdown.

After the first week I quickly realised that I had to get active not just for myself but my clients as well. Hello Zoom and welcome to Pilates 2020 style, online.

While switching our regular classes to online was a challenge we can all give ourselves a pat on the back for continuing to keep moving and stay connected with Pilates.

Modern technology is amazing as people not only from Wagga joined us, I also had clients join in from Albury, Canberra, Sydney,Tamworth, Newcastle, Brisbane and even overseas to Spain and New York.

Sure we had some technical issues in the beginning but It was great to be able to keep people moving at a time when we all needed it for our physical and mental wellbeing.

After 13 weeks I was able to welcome clients back into my classes face to face.

I hope that you have all enjoyed another year of movement and that your Pilates sessions have been able to keep you grounded and connected to your body during the strange happenings of 2020.

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas with your family and friends filled with happiness, peace and joy.

Stay safe, happy and healthy over the festive season and I look forward to welcoming you all back.

I will be taking a break from 23rd Deceember to 18th January to rest and recharge for my new adventure.

I have some exciting news happening in 2021 so watch this space.
