Classes are at My Bodys Home, 8 Gurwood St Wagga.. ! You can view the class timetable here.

I recommend you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel; a theraband and spikey ball to use in class.
All props that we use in classes are provided.
Mats are provided at all locations, however, I recommend you bring your own Mat.

I recommend you wear comfortable workout clothing that you will be able to move around in.

Generally, although this will depend on the injury/condition. Please contact me before attending your first session to discuss your injury.

The classes cater for everyone, from beginners to the more experienced clients.
I also have a beginners class Mondays at 11.00am that you can join.

I am a member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA), an independent organisation established by the Pilates industry as a regulatory body for control of quality instruction, member support and integrity within all legitimate approaches to the Pilates Method.
I also hold a current St John’s Ambulance First Aid Certificate.

$25.00 for a casual visit
$190.00 for a 10 visit pass which is valid for 12 months.
