For more than 20 years, Trisha Donnelly has been helping people move. She now teaches Pilates to help people strengthen their bodies from the inside out.

Trisha’s journey has taken her from a 1980’s aerobic instructor in Sydney to a Personal Trainer back in Wagga. She believes that Pilates is for every body and everyone.
